1. To begin, open the Phone app and then tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings.
2. Next, tap on Blocked Numbers and below that you can add a number to the blacklist manually.
3. To remove a number from the blacklist, simply tap on it and confirm the number. It is now unblocked.
4. To block a contact from your contacts list, open Contacts.
5. Then tap on the contact and select Block Number. Confirm the action and the contact is now blocked.
6. To unblock a contact, tap on Unblock Number and confirm the action. The contact is now unblocked.
