Tutorial:

1. Open the Settings app on your Xiaomi 13.
2. Go to the first tab and open the “About Phone” section.
3. Tap on the “MIUI Version” option seven times.
4. After tapping seven times, the Developer Options will be activated.
5. Go back to the Settings app and scroll down to the bottom of the list.
6. Tap on the “Additional Settings” option.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap on the “Developer Options” option.
8. You can now change any settings you want in the Developer Options.
